- Created new space to adjacent roof to accommodate new solid timber stairs
- Remodeled existing Juliet Balcony with new hardwood decking and handrails constructed out of hardwood & stainless steel wire cables
- Altered & installed new windows to first floor to allow new light & ventilation as required


LOWER GROUND FLOOR
- Remodeled laundry & bathroom area to accommodate new stairs
- Relocated walls and doors to allow flowing access to rumpus room
