Julbeck & Jones specialise in residential additions and renovations and round out the business with new builds, commercial construction, bit and insurance work.
FIRST, we consult. We visit with you, walk around in your space and talk about your vision for the project.
THEN, we review the scope of works and project plans with your architect. If you don’t have plans in place, we advise what can be achieved in the space and can put you in touch with architects and planners to help get designs drawn up.
NEXT, we arrange for a site inspection with involvement by structural engineers. Drawings are finalised and, if required, submitted for approval by local council.
ONCE your plans are approved, and our contract is signed, we obtain the building works permits and arrange for insurance. With these details sorted, your start date can be arranged.
WE construct and we deliver and we consult along the way with regular site visits, conversations and meetings to assess our progress. Progress payments are made according to an agreed upon schedule with variations carefully tracked and accounted for via email or through the post.
UPON project completion, a final inspection is conducted by you, your architect, a structural engineer and local council. We attend to any alterations and you go on to enjoy the benefits of a job well done.
